All of our paper straws are made from high-quality papers which are imported from Japan and Korea. The glue we are using is mainly imported from Germany Henkel. Our biodegradable and compostable containers are mainly made from bagasse pulp which is 100% eco-friendly.
Unless the customer has special requirements, we all use automatic packing on the production line to reduce hand filling to ensure safety and hygiene.
The manufacturing process of paper straws:

Hygiene
Staff wear clean work suits, wash their hands and disinfect in the disinfection room

Select and Cut the Paper Size
We will select the raw material and cut the paper size and patterns according to your order request.

Automatic Producing
According to the customer’s request, the paper material will be set up on the automatic rolling machine and start to produce, the staff will sort out the defective products.

Drying and Disinfection
The paper straw will be dried in the dryer and later will be disinfected in the disinfection room

Pulp Proportioning
According to your product request or follow our standard products, different processing equipment, pulp character, etc to determine the pulp proportioning.

Pulp Feeding and Automatic Pulp Molding
Pulp fiber is absorbed in the chamber of the suck-filter forming molds, forming the wet blank. The wet blank transfer mold transfers the wet blank to the hot pressure mold, and the wet blank is pressed into the dry hot pressure mold in the high pressure and high-temperature pulp mold products.

Cutting The Edge Of The Molded Pulp Products
Cut the extra edge of the molded pulp products and stack them, ready for packing.

Printing
If the customer needs to print the logo, and pattern on the paper food container, we will use the food contact ink to proceed according to your requests.

Checking and Disinfection
Before packing, our staff will check if any defective goods and all the paper food containers, paper plates, paper bowls, paper cups will be put in the disinfection room for over 8 hours.
